How can you know that you are in the centre of God’s will at every moment and have no doubts about it? The answer to this great question is clearly given in Paul’s first letter to the Thessalonians: “Rejoice evermore, Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you (1 These 5:16-18)
These verses are clear to understand without any Greek interpreter. They guarantee that we are in the centre of God’s will at all times when we are rejoicing, praying, and giving thanks. We protest, “that is too simple; I have got to do something about and louse it up somehow”. But it is right there in the Word of God. Crystal clear!
An important part of doing God’s will has to do with the use of a very small organ of our bodies, the tongue. The tongue has everything to do with the course of our life. In the Book of James, God says “Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. … and the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity; so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature, and it is set on fire of hell (3:2-6)
Here God is saying that the tongue directs the course of our lives much as a rudder does a ship, or a bit in the horse’s mouth guides the horse. A couple of ounce of steel in a thousand- pound horse does not sound crucial, but that is how you steer him. The tongue is to the body and to the Christian life, as the rudder is to the ship, and the bit to the horse. When the tongue is used negatively, as “a world of iniquity”, it produces a lot of things that are second best.
If I am a Christian and I am complaining and grumbling, the world does not know that I am any different from pagans. My spirituality is gone, my testimony has departed, and my effect in dispelling the world of darkness has flown the coop because I have chosen to magnify the problem by motor-mouthing about it instead of magnifying the answer by praising Jesus.
When, right in the midst of whatever is going on, I say “Lord, I am going to thank you for one reason, because “You said to, “immediately I enter into a new dimension. Do you think it sounds scary, altogether crazy, to praise God when things are falling apart all around? That is all right. Nowhere does God say that praising Him will make any sense to finite minds; He just says,” Do, it. And then you can know that you are in my will”. Where we are in His will, we are in line to experience perfectly answered prayers.

It has been a general tendency among some believers to commit sin, ask for forgiveness and then come back only to recommit the same sin for which they earlier sought forgiveness.
God's law for all sin is punishment followed by transgression and suffering. When a man squanders his fortune by extravagance, he may bitterly repent, but he continues to suffer for his folly. When a man becomes a drunkard or addicted to smoking, he may be full of sorrow for what he has done, but his body and his family would still face the consequences of his luxury of sin. When a woman loses her character, she may weep tears of bitter repentance, and God may pardon her as He pardoned Mary Magdalen, but she can never recover her character and must suffer the consequences of her acts.
In this world or the next, all sin must be compensated for suffering. Christ by His death removed the guilt of sin, but not the suffering for sin. Apostle Peter bids us to remember that suffering remains as a consequence, for he exhorts us, "Forasmuch as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin." That is, the sin would be wholly compensated, only when the suffering it brings after it has been committed. The sin may be forgiven and suffered for, but the scar remains on his soul. The blood heals, but the scar remains.
What is required for God to forgive sin? Repentance. However, even repentance does not ensure the removal of the consequences of sin. The consequences often remain as a reminder of the terrible, destructive nature of sin.
King David was forgiven for his grievous sin of lust, adultery, robbery and murder. God forgave him and removed his sin from him completely (Ps 103:12). God did not, however, remove the pain that David would endure as a result of his transgressions. The child born of David’s adultery died (2 Sam 12:14), David’s son Ammon spoiled David’s daughter Tamar (2 Sam 13:14), David’s son Absalom murdered Ammon (2 Sam 13:28-29); Absalom brought the kingdom into rebellion (2 Sam .15).
For the rest of David’s reign, violence filled his home and his kingdom. Although David knew he was forgiven, he bore the painful consequences of his sin for the rest of his life.
It is incorrect to assume that God removes every consequence the moment you repent of your sin. Do not think that the very instant you show remorse God will restore everything as it was. He may not. Some sins, such as adultery, come from a flawed character. God forgives sin immediately upon repentance, but it takes longer to build character. It is a character, not forgiveness; that determines what God brings next to your life.
Because we know the devastating consequences of our disobedience, let us diligently avoid every sin and “run with endurance the race that set before us (Heb 12:1)

There is no panic in heaven, only plans. That is how God operates- no panic. Did you know the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit) never meet in an emergency session? God has never stepped down from His throne. Jesus has not left His right hand, and the Holy Spirit has not stopped His ministry in the lives of believers including reproving the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment (John 16:8)
Dear brothers and sisters you must refuse to listen to Satan's lies of fear, discouragement, and despair. Our Lord Jesus clearly explained His mission statement and so did Satan in John 10:10 “The thief (Satan) does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly”.
This scripture clearly defines what God does and what the devil does. It divides what they do into two categories, and everything that happens in life can be placed in one of these categories. Let me explain.
The thief is not your friend. He is your enemy. The thief represents Satan and John 10:10 gives his mission statement -- to steal, kill, and destroy. But who is it that he wants to steal from? It's you! Who is it that he wants to kill? It's you! Whose life does he want to destroy? Yours, mine and every other born-again believer. Satan is the prince of darkness, the father of lies, and the source of chaos, confusion, and destruction. Jesus said in John 8:44 that he was a murderer and that there was no truth in him.
On the other hand, God sent His Son so that the world would not perish but have life, abundant and everlasting (John 3:16). After Jesus had stated Satan's mission statement, he proclaimed His own. The mission statements are completely contrasting. While Satan's purpose is death, destruction, sickness, and lack in our lives, Jesus came to bring life, restoration, and abundance.
A mission statement can be described as a guideline to keep members and users aware of an organisation's or leader's purpose." Jesus clearly states His purpose. He came to give life.
So the next time you hear someone say, "Is it God or is it the devil," the answer will be clear. Which category does "it" come under? If it steals in any way, if it brings death or leads to death, if it destroys or brings destruction, it's the devil. If it brings abundant life full of shalom, it's Jesus. Jesus is not the thief. Jesus is not the one who brings death and destruction. Jesus is not the destroyer. Jesus brings life. When a person attributes the work of God to the devil or a work of the devil to God, he is in very dangerous territory.
Satan’s favourite tool and in fact most workable tool in his hands is “to keep the children of God in discouragement”. When we are in the discouraged state, we will not accomplish anything, and we would be easily defeated in every area by our enemy Satan. The discouraged army would lose battle quickly. Therefore, never allow discouragement in your heart. As a father to my children I always encourage my children and sow the seed of encouragement to defeat the Satan’s most workable tool.
You are a victor and not a victim. Moreover, God is in control! Repeat the following throughout the day today, “God is in control of my life. He will not leave me. His right hand will sustain me all the length of my days."

మనిషి వ్యక్తిత్వానికి మంచి ప్రవర్తన మరియు సద్భావనే తావి, పరిమళము అద్దుతుంది. దానికి, మాటే మొదటి మెట్టు. మాటలతో ఎదుటివారి మనసును ఆకట్టుకోవచ్చు మరియు పోగొట్టుకొను వచ్చు. ప్రతి వ్యక్తీ మాట్లాడటంలో నాలుగు రకాల దుష్కర్మలు, చేయకూడనివి చేస్తుంటాడని బైబిల్ గ్రంధము తెలుపుతుంది. పౌరుష్యం- అంటే, కఠినంగా మాట్లాడటం. అనృతం అంటే, అబద్ధాలు చెప్పడం. చాడీలు చెప్పడాన్ని వైశూన్యం అంటారు. నాలుగోది అసంబద్ధ ప్రలాపం- అంటే, అనవసరంగా మాట్లాడటం. వీటికి చోటివ్వకుండా దేవుణ్ణి, ప్రేమించి, సత్యమును( అప్పుడు సత్యము మిమ్మును స్వతంత్రులనుగా చేయును(యోహాను 8:32), యేసుక్రీస్తువుల వారే సత్యము) ఆశ్రయిస్తే, ప్రియంగా మాట్లాడగలిగితే ఎదుటివారి హృదయాలకు మరింత చేరువవుతామన్నది యథార్థం.
మనవా చరిత్రలో ఎందరో మహానుభావులు తాము పలికిన మాటల ద్వార మనుషుల హృదయాలను ప్రేరేపించి వారి మనసులను సంపాదించుకున్నారు. మరి కొందరు తాము పలికిన మాటల ద్వార మనుషుల హృదయాలను క్షోభ, వ్యాకులము మరియు బాధతో నింపి వారిని తమ నుంచి శాశ్వతముగా దూర పరచుకున్నారు. మరియు ఎన్నో దేవుని సంఘములు, విశ్వాసులు, దేవుని సేవకులము అను చెప్పుకోనుచున్న అనేకులు తాము పలికిన మాటల ద్వార ఒకరి ని ఒకరు సజీవముగా చంపుకొనుచున్నారు. ఇదీ ఎంతో విశాదకరము మరియు వినాశకరము. అందువలన క్రీస్తు సంఘములో ఏకత్వము లోపించి అది శక్తి లేనిది గా కనపడుచున్నది. క్రీస్తు సంఘములో ఏకత్వము మరుగుపడుటకు ప్రధాన కారణము పదవీ వ్యామోహం, కీర్తి, మరియు అహము.
కామ, క్రోధ, లోభ, మోహ, మద, మాత్సర్యాలనే అరిషడ్వర్గాల్లో- నాలుగో స్థానంలో ఉండే మోహం అత్యంత ప్రమాదకరమైంది. మితిమీరిన మోహమే వ్యామోహం. దాన్ని త్యజించడం సద్భావనకు నాంది పలుకుతుంది. కీర్తి, కాంత, ధన, కనక, వస్తు, వాహనాలు వ్యామోహానికి కారకాలు. వీటి పట్ల మొదట్లో మోహం కలిగి, ఆ తరవాత వ్యామోహంగా మారుతుంది. అది చివరికి మనిషిని పూర్తిగా లోబరుచుకుంటుంది. మనశ్శాంతి లేకుండా చేస్తుంది. వ్యామోహంలో ఉన్న వ్యక్తి దారీ తెన్నూ తెలియక అధర్మం, అసత్యం, అన్యాయం బాటపట్టి పతనావస్థకు చేరుకుంటాడు.
సత్ సాంగత్యం వల్ల నిస్సంగత్వం అలవడుతుంది. నిస్సంగత్వం వల్ల మోహం తొలగుతుంది. నిశ్చలతత్వం తెలుస్తుంది. దాని వల్ల రుణానుబంధ విముక్తి లభిస్తుంది. సత్ సాంగత్యం కేవలము పరిశుద్ధ ఆత్మతో సాంగత్యం మరియు తోటి విశ్వసులతో సత్ సాంగత్యం ద్వారానే సాద్యము. తద్వారా విశ్వాసి పదవీ వ్యామోహం, కీర్తి, మరియు అహము పై విజయం సాధించగలడు.

చేసే కర్మలకు/పాపములకు ఫలితం ఉంటుందన్న ఎరుకను మనిషి కలిగి ఉండటమే నైతిక ప్రవర్తన. అదే శుభప్రదమైన, సంతోషకరమైన జీవితాన్నిస్తుందని దేవుని వాక్యము తెలియచెబుతోంది. మంచి ఆలోచనా సరళి, విలువలతో కూడిన జీవన శైలి, సరైన వ్యక్తిత్వం, శీల సంపద, నిరంతర సాధన, గుండె ధైర్యం ప్రసాదించే పరిశుద్ధ ఆత్మ నడిపింపు మనము అను దినము కలిగి యుండవలేయును.

దేవుని సృష్టిలో అత్యంత ప్రధానమైనది మానవుని సృష్టి. దేవుడు మానవుని మూడు విభాగముల (ఆత్మ, మనసు( ప్రాణము) మరియు శరీరము) సమన్వయంలో తన పోలికలో నిర్మించియున్నాడు. దేవుడు తన అపారమైన జ్ఞానం, తెలివి, బుద్ధి, మంచి ఆరోగ్యం మరియు సదా కాలము తనయందు జీవించులగున మానవుని నిర్మాణం జరిగిoచియున్నాడు. దేవుడు మానవుడియందు ప్రత్యేకముగా ఒక బాహు విశేష సుగుణము “తన సొంత చిత్తం” ను ప్రసాదించి, ఇక నరులారా బ్రతుకుడి అనీ సెలవిచ్చి యున్నాడు. కానీ నరులు దేవుడు అనుగ్రహించిన సొంత చిత్తంను దుర్వినియోగం చేసుకోని నిరాశ మరియు శాంతి లేని జీవితం కొనసాగించుచున్నాడు. మానవుడు అన్ని విషయములో తన ప్రభావం మరియు విజయం చూపించుచున్నాడు కానీ తన మనసును మాత్రం తన ఆధీనములో ఉంచుకోవటానికి అవస్థలు పాడుచున్నాడు.
కొంతమంది జీవితానికి అర్థమే లేదనుకుంటారు, సమాజంలో ఇమడలేక అనవసరమైన భయాలు పెంచుకుంటారు, అన్నింటిమీదా ఆశ వదులుకుని చెప్పలేని విచారంతో మనసు డోలాయమానం అవుతుంటే ఆత్మహత్య ఒక్కటే పరిష్కారం అనుకునేవారు- చాలామందే ఉంటారు. అటువంటివారికి మనసుపై స్వయంనియంత్రణ ఉండదు. అది గాడి తప్పి జీవన గమనంలో చేయవలసినదేమిటో తెలియని దిక్కుతోచని స్థితికి వారిని చేరుస్తుంది. అప్పుడు వారికి ఒక సమస్య నుంచి మరో సమస్య కొత్త పిలకలు వేస్తుంటుంది. మనసు మనిషిపై తన ఆధిపత్యం ప్రదర్శిస్తూనే ఉంటుంది. దాన్ని వదిలించుకోవటం అతడికి ఎప్పుడూ సమస్యే. అది నిలకడ లేనిది. ఎక్కడెక్కడికోపోయి తిరిగి వస్తూ ఉంటుంది. వాయువేగం కొలవడానికి మనిషి సాధనాలు కనిపెట్టగలిగినా, మనోవేగం తెలుసుకునే మార్గాలు కనిపించవు. మనిషి కోరికలు, అవి కలిగించే ప్రేరణలు- అతడి మనసును ఎప్పుడూ మూకుమ్మడిగా ముట్టడిస్తుంటాయి. అతడి వ్యాకులతలకు మూల కారణమయ్యే విషయాలు ఉంటాయి. వాటన్నింటికీ మనసును దూరంగా ఉంచవలసిన ఆవశ్యకతను బైబిల్ గ్రంధము సూటిగా అతడికి వివరించి చెబుతోంది. ఆధ్యాత్మిక సాధనలతో భౌతిక సంబంధాలను సరిచేసుకొనుమని అతనికి వాక్యం చెబుతోంది .
మనసు కల్లోలమైతే మానసిక నియంత్రణ సాధ్యం కాదు. అది మహాత్ములకే కష్టతరమవుతుంది. ఉన్నతమైన లక్ష్యాలకు చేరువలో ఉన్నా, మనసు కల్పించే భౌతిక ప్రలోభాల లోయల్లోకి దిగజారినవారి గాథలెన్నో మనకు బైబిల్ గ్రంధమునందు చూడగలుగుతాము. ఉదాహరణకు ,రాజైన దావీదు తన మనసు కల్పించిన అలజడి మరియు తాను మోహభావనలతో బతేషేబ పట్ల తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం ఆయన జీవితములో అది తీరని మచ్చగా మిగిలిపోయిన విషయం మనకు తెలియనిది కాదు (2 సమూయేలు 11:1-5)
దేహాన్ని బుద్ధితో, బుద్ధిని ఆత్మతో అనుసంధానించగల అభ్యాసాల సమాహారాన్ని రూపొందించుకోవాలన్న తపన మనిషికి ఎప్పుడూ ఉంది. దేహంతో చేసే అభ్యాసాలు శారీరక దారుఢ్యాన్ని మెరుగుపరచగలవని, మానసికాభ్యాసాలతో మనుషులు దేవునితో సన్నిహిత సంబంధం కలిగించ కలుగుతాయి. వాటితోపాటు బుద్ధికి క్రమశిక్షణ, నియంత్రణలను ఏకకాలంలో ఇవ్వగల దేవుని వాక్య ధ్యానము ద్వార మన మనస్సు మారి నూతనమగుట వలన రూపాంతరము పొందగలుగుతాము. శరీరానుసారులు శరీరవిషయ ములమీద మనస్సు నుంతురు; ఆత్మానుసారులు ఆత్మవిషయ ములమీద మనస్సునుంతురు; శరీరాను సారమైన మనస్సు మరణము;ఆత్మానుసారమైన మనస్సు జీవమును సమా ధానమునై యున్నది. ఏలయనగా శరీరానుసారమైన మనస్సు దేవునికి విరోధమైయున్నది; అది దేవుని ధర్మ శాస్త్రమునకు లోబడదు, ఏమాత్రమును లోబడనేరదు.కాగా శరీరస్వభావము గలవారు దేవుని సంతోషపరచ నేరరు.దేవుని ఆత్మ మీలో నివసించియున్నయెడల మీరు ఆత్మస్వభావము గలవారే గాని శరీర స్వభావము గలవారు కారు. ఎవడైనను క్రీస్తు ఆత్మ లేనివాడైతే వాడాయనవాడు కాడు.
మృతులలో నుండి యేసును లేపినవాని ఆత్మ మీలో నివసించినయెడల, మృతులలోనుండి క్రీస్తుయేసును లేపినవాడు చావునకులోనైన మీ శరీరములను కూడ మీలో నివసించుచున్న తన ఆత్మద్వారా జీవింపజేయును. కాబట్టి సహోదరులారా, శరీరానుసారముగా ప్రవర్తించుటకు మనము శరీరమునకు ఋణస్థులము కాము.మీరు శరీరానుసారముగా ప్రవర్తించినయెడల చావవలసినవారై యుందురు గాని ఆత్మచేత శారీర క్రియ లను చంపినయెడల జీవించెదరు.దేవుని ఆత్మచేత ఎందరు నడిపింపబడుదురో వారందరు దేవుని కుమారులై యుందురు (రోమా 8)
మానసిక ఒత్తిళ్ల నుంచి మనసును తప్పించి దానికి ఒక సమతౌల్యం, ప్రశాంతతలను ప్రసాదించగల సామర్థ్యము కేవలం బైబిల్ గ్రంధ వాక్య ధ్యానమునకే సాధ్యం. పరిశుద్ధాత్మా సమర్పణలో, పర్యవేక్షణలో, శ్రద్ధతో చేసే వాక్య ధ్యానము మరియు ప్రార్థన, ఆధునిక జీవితం తెచ్చే మార్పులు, విసరుతున్న సవాళ్లను సమర్థంగా ఎదుర్కోవటమే కాకుండా, ఆత్మతత్వం తెలుసుకోగల సామర్థ్యం, అవకాశమూ మనిషికి దేవుని ద్వార సాధ్యం. మారుతున్న జీవనశైలిలో మనిషి ముఖ్యంగా సాధించవలసింది దేవుని వాక్య ధ్యానము, పరిశుద్ధాత్మానడిపింపు. పరిపూర్ణమైన జీవితాన్ని, సహజమైన పద్ధతిలో గడపగల శక్తి కలిగేది మానసిక నియంత్రణతోనే. ఇహ పర సాధనలకై ఎక్కవలసిన తొలి మెట్టు అదే!

మానవుడే మహనీయుడు, శక్తియుతుడు, యుక్తిపరుడు మానవుడే మాననీయుడు, మానవుడే మహనీయుడు. మంచిని తలపెట్టిన ఎడల మనిషికద్దు లేదులే, ప్రేరణ దైవానిదైన సాధించును నరుడే. జీవ కోటి సర్వములో సేశాసతుడు మానవుడే. గ్రహరసులందిగామించి ఘనతా రాల పథము నుంచి, గంగానాతర రోదసిలో ఆకాశ నక్షత్రములు ధాటి, చంద్ర లోకమైన, గ్రహ రాసుల లోకమైన, దేవుడు అనుగ్రహించిన జ్ఞానం వలన జయించి మరల భువికి తిరిగి రాగలిగెనని డాక్టర్ ఆరుద్ర గారు చాల చక్కగా మానవుని శక్తిని మరియు యుక్తిని “మానవుడే మహనీయుడు” అనే పాట ద్వార శ్రోతలను ఆకట్టుకున్నాడు.
మనిషి గురించి మనవాళ్లు చెప్పిన మాటలు ఒక్కోసారి మనకే ఎందుకో నమ్మశక్యం కావు. ‘జంతూనాం నరజన్మ దుర్లభం’ అనేవారు జ్ఞానులు. ‘మానవుడే మహనీయుడు’ అంటారు కవులు. ఇటువంటి మాటలు సామాన్యుల కోసం కాదంటూ, చాలామంది అసలు పట్టించుకోరు. ఇలాంటివి జీవన వాస్తవికతకు దూరమనీ భావిస్తుంటారు! నిజానికి ఆధునిక మానవుడు సాధించిన ప్రగతి అనితర సాధ్యమైంది. ఆర్థిక, సామాజిక రంగాల్లో కనిపిస్తున్న అభివృద్ధి అసాధారణమైంది. ఆ ఫలాలు- ఆధ్యాత్మిక రంగంలో మరియు దేవుని కనుగొనుట అను విషయంలో వెలితి కారణంగా, అవసరమైనంత మేరకు అందుబాటులోకి రాకుండా పోయాయి. అందువల్ల తాను గొప్పవాణ్ని అనే భావన, నమ్మకం అతడి మనసులోకి ఇంకి పోయాయి. ‘ఈక దేవుడే లేడు అనే స్థాయికి దిగజారిపోయాడు.
బైబిల్ గ్రంధమునందు హెబ్రీ 2:6-8 ఈవిధముగా చెప్పబడియున్నది“నీవు మనుష్యుని జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుటకు వాడే పాటివాడు? నీవు నీకంటే వానిని కొంచెము తక్కువవానిగా చేసితివి, మహిమా ప్రభావములతో వానికి కిరీటము ధరింప జేసితివి, నీ చేతి పనులమీద వానికధికారము అనుగ్రహించితివి వాని పాదముల క్రింద సమస్తమును ఉంచితివి”. దూతలే ఆశ్చర్యపడేంత ప్రజ్ఞ, బుద్ధిశీలత నేటి మనిషి సొత్తు. సముద్రపు లోతును, గగనపు వైశాల్యాన్ని అతడు లెక్కకట్టగలడు. నీటిలో నివసించగలడు. గాలిలో ఎగరగలడు. చిత్రం ఏమిటంటే ఇన్ని సాధించిన మానవుడు- భూమిమీద బతకలేకపోతున్నాడు! అంటే, ఏది సహజమో దానికి అతడు దూరమవుతున్నాడు. సృష్టి గమనాన్ని అంచనా వేయగలిగే మనిషి- తన మనసు ఏ దారిలో పోతోందో తెలుసుకోలేకపోతున్నాడు. ‘మనసే మానవుడు’ అని చెప్పి నారు లోక జ్ఞానులు. మనసు ఎటు పోతోందో తెలియడం లేదంటే, మనిషి ఎటు పోతున్నాడో తేలడం లేదని అర్థమవుతుంది.
అన్ని రంగములలో ప్రగతి సాధించిన మానవుడు పాపము విషయములో మాత్రం ఇంకా ఓనమాలు నేర్చుకునే స్టితిలోఉన్నడు. పాపము మానవుని శాంతిని సమాధానమును మరియు నెమ్మదిని లేకుండా చేస్తూ వారిని నిరాశతో ఈ జీవన యానం సాగిoప చేయుచున్నది. మానవుని మనసు అతని అధీనములో లేదు. అతడు పాపమునకు దాసుడు మరియు పాపం పై పాపం సమకూర్చుకొనుచున్నాడు.
ఎందరో మహానుభావులు, సినిమా నటులు, వ్యాపారవేతలు మరియు రాజకీయనేతలు తమ జీవితములలో నెమ్మది కొరవడి ఆత్మహత్యతో తమ జీవితమును ముగించుకొనుచున్నారు. పాపమునకు వచ్చు జీతం మరణము ( రోమ 6:23). దేవునిలో తప్ప మానవుడికి ముక్తి దేనిలో మరి లేదు. ఆధ్యాత్మికత పాత్ర కీలకం అవుతున్నదీ ఇక్కడే! అద్భుత జీవ రసాయనంగా మన పెద్దలు దేవునితో సాంగత్యం మానవుని జీవితముకు పరమార్థం అని పోల్చినారు. మనిషికి మనసుతో చెలిమి పెంచడంలో ఆధ్యాత్మికతది/వాక్యద్యానం ముఖ్య భూమిక. మంచుకు చల్లదనం సహజ గుణం. కాటుకకు నలుపు సహజ లక్షణం. సూర్యుడి చుట్టూ తిరగడం భూమికి నిత్యకృత్యం. అలాగే, మనసుకు చంచలత్వం సహజ లక్షణమని బైబిల్ గ్రంధం చెబుతుంది. కోరికలు దుఃఖానికి కారణాలని తెలిసీ, వాటి వైపు మనసు పరుగులు పెడుతుంది. దుఃఖాన్ని కొనితెచ్చుకుంటుంది. అది చేటు తెస్తుందని వివేకం మనిషిని పదే పదే హెచ్చరిస్తుంది. ఎద్దుకు ముకుతాడులా, ఏనుగుకు అంకుశంలా- చంచలమైన మనసును ఆధ్యాత్మికత మంచి దారికి తెస్తుంది. అందుకే అతడు వివేకవంతుడు కావాలి అని జ్ఞాని అయిన సొలొమోను సామెతలు గ్రంధంలో పలికినాడు. ఆ వివేకం కేవలము క్రీస్తు ద్వారానే సాధ్యం. కేవలము పరిశుద్ధాత్మ దేవుని ద్వారానే మానవుడు మనసును జయించే మార్గాన్ని పొందగలడు. శక్తిచేత నైనను బలముచేతనై ననుకాక నా ఆత్మచేతనే ఇది జరుగునని సైన్యములకు అధిపతియగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చెను(జెకర్యా 4:6)
మానవుడే మహనీయుడు, శక్తియుతుడు, యుక్తిపరుడు అయిన తన పాప జీవితం మాత్రం తాను మార్చు కొనలేని శక్తిహీనుడు. జన్మ పాపం మరియు కర్మ పాపము మనువుని వెంటాడుచున్నవి. ఏ మానవుడు తన తోటి మానవుల్ని పాపము నుoఛి విముక్తి కల్పించలేడు. అందుకే దేవాది దేవుడు తానే ఈ లోకములో క్రీస్తు ప్రభువుగా జన్మించి మనువుని పాపముల కొరకు సిలువలో ప్రాణం అర్పించి మానవజాతిని తమ పాపము నుoఛి విడిపించినాడు.
అందువలన యేసు ప్రభువు ఒక్కరే ఈ ప్రపంచములో ఈలాగున చెప్పగలిగినాడు ‘ప్రయాసపడి భారము మోసికొనుచున్న సమస్త జను లారా, నా యొద్దకు రండి; నేను మీకు విశ్రాంతి కలుగ జేతును. నేను సాత్వికుడను దీనమనస్సు గలవాడను గనుక మీమీద నా కాడి ఎత్తికొని నాయొద్ద నేర్చు కొనుడి; అప్పుడు మీ ప్రాణములకు విశ్రాంతి దొరకును.ఏలయనగా నా కాడి సుళువుగాను నా భారము తేలిక గాను ఉన్నవి (మత్తయి 11:28) యేసు ప్రభువు వద్దకు మనం వెళ్ళవలసిన అగత్యం ఏoతేయిన వుంది. యేసు ప్రభువే మనకు దీక్కు.
ఈ ప్రక్రియ అంతటికీ ఆధ్యాత్మిక దృక్పథమే మరియు క్రీస్తు మూల విరాట్టు. మనిషి సర్వ సమగ్ర ప్రగతి సౌధానికి ఇదే తొలి మెట్టు!

బైబిల్ గ్రంధం మానవుని జీవితం ఈ ప్రపంచమునందు, ఒక బాటసారి జీవితముగా వర్ణించారు. ఎందరో మేధావులు జీవితాన్ని నిరంతర ప్రయాణంగా అభివర్ణించారు. ఒక ధ్యేయంగాని, లక్ష్యంగాని కనపడనప్పుడు- ‘ఈ ప్రయాణానికి అర్థం ఏమిటి, ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నాం?’ అనిపిస్తుంది. గమ్య స్థానం అన్నది కనిపించనప్పుడు, జీవితం అసలు ప్రయాణం ఎలా అవుతుంది? ఏ ప్రయాణానికైనా గమ్యం అనేది ఉండాలి. పరిణామ క్రమం, కొనసాగింపు లేకుండా జీవితం వృత్తాకారంలో సాగితే- ఆ ప్రయాణం అర్థరహితం. దీర్ఘంగా కొనసాగితే, ఎప్పటికో ఒకప్పటికి యానం చివరి దశకు చేరుకుంటుంది. అది నిరంతర ప్రయాణం అయినప్పుడు, ఆలోచనకు మరియు తర్కానికి అందకుండా పోతుంది. అందుకే మనిషి సత్యాన్ని అన్వేషించాలి. జీవ గ్రంధంనందు అపొస్తలుడైన పౌలుగారు క్రైస్తవ ప్రయాణం వృత్తాకారంలో జరుగే ప్రయాణం కాకుండా యేసు క్రీస్తు వారి వైపు చూస్తూ జరిగించు గొప్ప ప్రయాణంగా వర్ణించారు. యేసు క్రీస్తు వారి వైపు చూస్తూ జరిగించని ప్రయాణం అర్థరహితం మరియు శూన్యం.
ఈ భౌతిక ప్రపంచంలోకి ఎందుకు వచ్చామన్న ప్రశ్న కీలకం. నేర్చుకోవడానికి, జ్ఞానం సంపాదించుకుని ఆ దేవుని సేవలో తరించడానికి వీలు, అవకాశం దొరికాయని కొందరు గుర్తిస్తారు. మరెందరో ఈ యథార్థాన్ని గ్రహించేసరికి, వారి ప్రయాణం పరిసమాప్తం అవుతుంది .ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ ‘ఇక్కడికి ఎందుకొచ్చాం, ఈ జీవితం ఏమిటి, ఎందుకు...’ లాంటి విషయాలు తెలుసుకోవాలనే తాపత్రయం మరియు జిజ్ఞాస ఉంటుంది. ధ్యానంతో జీవితం మీద దృష్టి సారించి, ప్రయాణంలో ఆనందాన్ని పొందాలి. వర్తమానంలో జీవిస్తూ, పరిశుద్ద ఆత్మ నడిపిoపులో, ఆత్మశోధనతో జీవిత పరమార్థాన్ని తెలుసుకోవాలి. వెలి చూపువలన కాక విశ్వాసమువలననే నడుచుకోన బద్దులమైయున్నాము (II కోరి 5:7) నేను చెప్పునదేమనగా ఆత్మానుసారముగా నడుచు కొనుడి, అప్పుడు మీరు శరీరేచ్ఛను నెరవేర్చరు” (గలతీయులకు 5:16).ఇవి భక్తుడైన పౌలుగారు క్రీస్తు వైపు ప్రయాణించువారికి సెలవిచ్చు జీవపు మాటలు.
క్రీస్తు వారి వైపు చూస్తూ ప్రయాణంలో వేసే ప్రతి అడుగూ ఆనందంతో కూడినదే. మనకు జరగనున్నది తెలియదు. జరిగిపోయినదాని గురించి చింతించీ ప్రయోజనం లేదు. గతం ఒక అనుభవం. భవిష్యత్తుకు అదొక పాఠం. యేసు క్రీస్తు వారు మత్తయి సువార్త అధ్యాయం 6 -26 లో ఈ విధముగా చేప్పియున్నాడు “ అందువలన నేను మీతో చెప్పునదేమనగాఏమి తిందుమో యేమి త్రాగు దుమో అని మీ ప్రాణమును గూర్చియైనను, ఏమి ధరించుకొందుమో అని మీ దేహమును గూర్చియైనను చింతింపకుడి; ఆకాశపక్షులను చూడుడి; అవి విత్తవు కోయవు కొట్లలో కూర్చుకొనవు; అయినను మీ పరలోకపు తండ్రి వాటిని పోషించు చున్నాడు; మీరు వాటికంటె బహు శ్రేష్టులు కారా?మీలో నెవడు చింతించుటవలన తన యెత్తు మూరెడెక్కువ చేసికొనగలడు?
మన గమ్యం క్రీస్తు వారి వైపు. జీవితంలో కలలు, లక్ష్యాలు చాలా ముఖ్యమైనవి. గమ్యం లేదని భావిస్తే, ప్రయాణం వృథా అవుతుంది. ఎటువంటి విలువా ఉండదు. అది జీవితంలో ప్రతి అంశంపైనా ప్రభావం చూపుతుంది. జీవన యానం అంటే- వూహ, యథార్థాలు కలిసే సున్నితమైన సమస్థితిని కనుక్కోవడం! మనిషి తన అసంపూర్ణ జ్ఞానం నుంచి, అనిశ్చితమైన పరిస్థితుల నుంచి క్రీస్తు గురించి అనంతమైన పాఠాలు నేర్చుకుంటూ సాగిపోవడమే జీవితం.
ఒక రైల్లోనో, ఓడలోనో చేసే ప్రయాణం లాంటిదే జీవన యాత్ర! మధ్యమధ్య మజిలీలు, మార్గాలు, మలుపులు, ప్రమాదాలు... అనేకం. జన్మించడంతోనే మనిషి ప్రయాణం ప్రారంభమవుతుంది. తల్లిదండ్రులూ మనతోపాటు గమ్యం చేరుకునేదాకా తోడుగా ప్రయాణిస్తారని భావిస్తాం. మధ్యలో ఎక్కడో ఒకచోట వారు మనల్ని వదిలేసి వెళ్ళిపోతారు- తమ జ్ఞాపకాలను మిగిల్చి! కదిలే కాలం మరెందరో ప్రయాణికుల్ని కలుపుతుంది. తోటి ప్రయాణికులంతా జీవితంలో ముఖ్యమైనవారే. తోబుట్టువులు, స్నేహితులు, పిల్లలు... అందరూ. జ్ఞాపకాలను వదిలిపెట్టి, శాశ్వతమైన శూన్యాన్ని నింపి, వెళ్లిపోతారు. ఎవరు ఎప్పుడు ప్రయాణం ముగించి వారి స్థానాల్ని వదిలిపెట్టి వెళ్ళిపోయారో కూడా గుర్తుండని పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడుతుంది. ఈ ప్రయాణంలో సుఖదుఃఖాలు, సంభ్రమాశ్చర్యాలు... ఎన్నో ఉంటాయి. బాధ్యతగా మసలుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం, స్వాగతం పలకడం... వీడ్కోలు చెప్పడం... ఎన్నెన్నో.
ప్రయాణం సుఖప్రదం కావాలంటే, ఒకరికొకరు సహాయ సహకారాలు అందించుకోవాలి. అందుకే ప్రేమలు, సత్సంబంధాలు అవసరమవుతాయి. అందుకే భక్తుడైన దావీదు కీర్తనల గ్రంథము అధ్యాయం 133 లో ఈ విధముగా సహోదరులు ఐక్యతను వర్ణించినాడు “సహోదరులు ఐక్యత కలిగి నివసించుట ఎంత మేలు! ఎంత మనోహరము అది తలమీద పోయబడి అహరోను గడ్డము మీదుగా కారి అతని అంగీల అంచు వరకు దిగజారిన పరిమళ తైలమువలె నుండును. సీయోను కొండలమీదికి దిగి వచ్చు హెర్మోను మంచు వలె నుండును. ఆశీర్వాదమును శాశ్వత జీవమును అచ్చట నుండవలెనని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చి యున్నాడు".
ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ గమ్యం చేరుకోక తప్పదని తెలుసు. చిత్రమేమిటంటే- తమ ప్రయాణం ఎప్పుడు, ఎక్కడ ముగుస్తుందో ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. తెలియనితనంతోనే వారు ప్రయాణిస్తారు. ఈ యానంలో ఎవరూ విస్మరించరాని అంశం ఒకటి ఉంది. ప్రయాణం ముగించి తమ స్థానం విడిచి వెళ్ళేలోపు, తోటి ప్రయాణికుల కోసం/ సహోదరుల కొరకు మధురమైన జ్ఞాపకాలను కొన్నయినా పదిలపరచాలి. ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఆత్మపరిశీలనతో ముందుకు సాగితేనే, ఈ గమనం సుగమం కావడంతో పాటు సుఖవంతంగా మారుతుంది!

అద్భుతమైన మహిమ కలిగిన రెండు బీజాక్షరాల పవిత్ర శబ్దం ‘ప్రేమ’. సకల జీవకోటి మనుగడకూ ఇదే మూలాధారం. ప్రకృతితో మానవుడి సంబంధం ప్రేమతోనే ముడివడి ఉంది. మానవతా వృక్షానికి వేరు వంటిది ప్రేమ. మహోత్తమ మానవ జీవన యాగానికి అది పూర్ణాహుతి వంటిది. బతుకు బడిలో ప్రతి విద్యార్థీ నేర్చుకోవాల్సిన మొదటి పాఠం ప్రేమభావనే. అది మనిషికి బతుకునిస్తుంది, మెతుకునిస్తుంది, సద్గతికి చేరుస్తుంది, జీవితాన్ని సార్థకం చేస్తుంది. అందుకే దాన్ని ‘ప్రేమసుధ’ అంటారు విజ్ఞులు.
మనిషి సంఘజీవి. సమాజంలో ఉన్నంతవరకు తల్లిదండ్రుల్ని, ఇతర కుటుంబసభ్యుల్ని, సాటివారిని, అలాగే భగవంతుణ్నీ ప్రేమించాల్సిందే. దానివల్లనే సుఖం, శాంతి, స్థిరత్వం లభ్యమవుతాయి. (లూకా 10:27) ప్రేమ వల్ల హింస దూరమవుతుంది. ద్వేషం, ప్రతీకార వాంఛ వంటి మనోవికారాలకు మనసులో తావు ఉండదు. అప్పుడు ప్రేమ ఆధ్యాత్మిక మార్గాన్వేషణలో, దేవుని చింతనలో లగ్నమవుతుంది(1కోరిం 13:4-7).
వ్యక్తిని దేవుని సన్నిధికి చేర్చే ప్రధాన ద్వారం ప్రేమ ఒక్కటే. అది కుటుంబానికే పరిమితమైతే స్వార్థపూరితం అనిపించుకుంటుంది. మనుషుల్ని ప్రేమించి, వస్తువుల్ని వాడుకోవాలన్నాడు మన ప్రభువు. వస్తువుల్ని ప్రేమించి, మనుషుల్ని వాడుకుంటున్నారు అనేకులు! పువ్వు మనుషుల్ని చూసి సుగంధమివ్వదు. దానికి అందరూ సమానమే. ఆ సుగంధాన్ని అంతా ఆస్వాదిస్తారు. అలాగే, మనిషి ప్రేమ లోక కల్యాణం కోసం వ్యక్తం కావాలి ప్రేమ. అహింసకు పునాది నాది అనేది పోగొట్టగలిగేదే అసలైన ప్రేమ.
ప్రేమ దీర్ఘకాలము సహించును, దయ చూపించును. ప్రేమ మత్సరపడదు; ప్రేమ డంబముగా ప్రవర్తింపదు; అది ఉప్పొంగదు; అమర్యాదగా నడువదు; స్వప్రయో జనమును విచారించుకొనదు; త్వరగా కోపపడదు; అపకారమును మనస్సులో ఉంచుకొనదు. దుర్నీతివిషయమై సంతోషపడక సత్యమునందు సంతోషించును. అన్ని టికి తాళుకొనును, అన్నిటిని నమ్మును; అన్నిటిని నిరీక్షించును; అన్నిటిని ఓర్చును……నేను పిల్లవాడనై యున్నప్పుడు పిల్లవానివలె మాటలాడితిని, పిల్లవానివలె తలంచితిని, పిల్లవానివలె యోచించితిని. ఇప్పుడు పెద్దవాడనై పిల్లవాని చేష్టలు మానివేసితిని. (1కోరిం 13:4-11).
‘ప్రేమ అనే రెండక్షరాల మహిమను తెలుసుకోకుంటే, ఎంతటి పాండిత్యమైనా వ్యర్థమే’ అంటాడు కబీర్దాసు. ప్రేమ అనేది ఇచ్చేదే కానీ, తీసుకోవాలని కోరుకునేది కాదు. లాభనష్టాల బేరీజును తిరస్కరించే ప్రేమ- మనసును పవిత్రం చేయగలుగుతుంది. ఎదుటివారి మనసుల్నీ నిర్మలం చేసి ఆకట్టుకుంటుంది.
మనుషులపైనే కాదు- విద్యార్జన, జ్ఞానార్జన పైనా; సంస్కృతి సంస్కారాలపైనా ప్రేమ పెంచుకుంటేనే, దానికి పరిపూర్ణత సిద్ధించినట్లవుతుంది. మనిషి ముందు తనను తాను ప్రేమించుకోవాలి. తన శ్రమను, వృత్తిని, తన ప్రవృత్తిలోని చిత్తశుద్ధినీ ప్రేమించగలగాలి. అప్పుడే ప్రేమ ఆత్మవిశ్వాసాన్ని, విశాల దృక్పథాన్ని, దేవుని కుటుంబ భావనను ఆహ్వానించగలుగుతుంది. ఆధ్యాత్మిక కోణంలో ‘ప్రేమే దైవం’ అనే అక్షరసత్యమూ అవగతమవుతుంది. ప్రియులారా, మనము ఒకనినొకడు ప్రేమింతము; ఏలయనగా ప్రేమ దేవునిమూలముగా కలుగుచున్నది; ప్రేమించు ప్రతివాడును దేవుని మూలముగా పుట్టినవాడై దేవుని ఎరుగును. దేవుడు ప్రేమాస్వరూపి, ప్రేమలేని వాడు దేవుని ఎరుగడు.

Two sparrows were resting on the house top and observing people who were passing by. Looking at those people, they thought to themselves, they were so restlessly going on with their chores and going from one place to another. One of the sparrow’s said, "Why are men so full of worries and cares?". Insightfully, the other sparrow replied, "Maybe they do not have a heavenly Father as we do". This is just a story in our perspective, but the Bible says "Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will" (Matthew 10:29) Not one of them is forgotten before Him. (Luke 12:6) So will He forget you, who are of more value than all these sparrows?
How true it is, we live and act as if we are orphans and forgotten. We want to live our lives in our way instead of depending on our heavenly Father on a daily basis. Sadly, we often forget that we have been created as dependent creatures. The Ministry of Jesus was primarily an encouraging ministry. He put forth several parables and stories to illustrate our Heavenly Father’s Love towards us. Jesus came into this world to show us the Father’s Love.
Further, Jesus said, "Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they (Matthews 7:26) And if your heavenly Father feeds the birds of the air, how much more will He feed you, His precious, beloved child! One of my brother in his recent testimony said to us that, when you call "Father", our Heavenly father instantly look at us from Heaven and respond to our need.
At one time, my son came from his University and told me that he need a particular computer for his studies and that he needed it immediately. As soon as he finished putting forth his petition, he simply walked away joyfully telling his mother about the computer he was getting. However, the burden was on me to sort out the finances and buy this item as per my son’s desire. Being an earthly father with several shortcomings, I know my responsibility. To provide my children with the best things to excel in their field of study. Our Heavenly Father (we are His offspring – Acts 17:29) is challenging us how much more He can do for His Children with His full of power, authority and wisdom. When we see our God, as a Heavenly Father, the real relationship would be evident in the way we depend on God. Nevertheless, our Father is a God, Creator, Lord and more but for the redeemed children, He is the "Heavenly Father".
The above scriptures are explained by a comparison taken from our earthly parents, and their readiness to give their children what they ask. Parents are often foolishly fond, but God is all-wise; he knows what we need, what we desire, and what is right for us. Let us never suppose our heavenly Father would bid us pray, and then refuse to hear, or give us what would be hurtful.

One day my wife asked me to drop her at a particular school in South Auckland. Since this area was unfamiliar, I chose to use my map booklet rather than Google maps on my phone. Because there were newly added roads my map book was of no use to me in this instance. I was left with no choice but to use Google Map -App to proceed further. The Google Maps asked me two questions. The first was about my current location and the second was about my destination. As soon as I filled my current location and destination details it immediately showed me the travel time, kilometers and current traffic situation. The App kept speaking to me and gave me instructions I needed to reach my destination. This process taught me a spiritual significance and a lesson for my Christian journey towards our Lord.
As men and women of God, we must know our current location first, in other words, our current spiritual condition. Unless this position is confirmed, we will not go to our destination that is towards our Lord. Hence, we should first examine ourselves and ask the Lord to search our hearts. Unfortunately, people refuse to know their true position not knowing that it would become a hurdle to their journey. Revelation 3:17 states that “You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked”. My dear ones it is better for us to know our true current position and ask God for forgiveness when we still have time. Once we know our current position we can set our journey towards our Lord otherwise, we would be called “lost”.
Secondly, during the course our journey we needed to follow the instructions otherwise we would not have reached our destination. Many of us are reluctant to hear the whispering voice of the Holy Spirit and refuse to yield completely to the Lord. In the Old Testament Israelites on their journey to the promised land murmured in their tents and did not heed to the voice of the Lord (Psalm 106:25). As a result, their journey took 40 years instead of a month because of their disobedience. Sadly, all of the Israelites from twenty years old and above died in the wilderness except Joshua and Caleb. Similarly, when we refuse to obey the voice of God we just prolong our journey and may even fall as Israelites.
Therefore, my dear ones obey the instructions as instant obedience is the only kind of obedience there is. Delayed obedience is disobedience. The only way we can obey is to obey” in the self-same day “as Abraham did. It’s better to do this way than not to do it at all. A postponed duty can never bring the full blessing that God intended as it would have brought if done at the earliest possible moment. Martin Luther says that” a true believer will crucify the question, ‘Why?’ He will obey without questioning.
When we look at the lives of many great men and women of God in the Bible we can see that each one of them had to follow a long, arduous road. But it led to a wonderful place, to a wonderful conclusion, to nothing less than heaven itself. George Matheson says that even through sorrow, hardship, and fiery trials, the road is still leading home – and we need to keep walking by faith and not by feeling or sight. Always remember that Our Lord Jesus Christ is walking with you.
